Refund Policy

We want you to have a clear understanding of how refunds work with SelfSmith. Here is the short version, followed by the details.

The short version: You can cancel anytime and will not be charged again. If your audio fails to generate, you get a full refund. For everything else, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

1. Digital Product

SelfSmith delivers personalized AI-generated visualization audio. Because each session is custom-made for you based on your questionnaire answers, the product is considered a digital good that is generated on demand. As a general rule, once your visualization audio has been successfully generated and delivered, it is non-refundable.

2. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

3. When We Will Refund You

Generation failure: If SelfSmith fails to generate your visualization audio due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing period. If this happens, contact us and we will process it promptly.

4. First-Purchase Window

If you are a new subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis. We understand that the service might not be for everyone, and we want to be fair.

To qualify, simply email us within 7 days of your first charge explaining why SelfSmith was not a good fit.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@superailand.com with:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
